5 Ways To Be Stress Free

December, it is a beautiful time of the year. The only downside to all of this Christmas cheer is the unwanted stress of finals week loaming over all of us. Here are some tips to beat the stress!

1. Take a nap: This might seem counterproductive at the time, however, once you wake up you will feel like a brand new person ready to tackle the world!

2. Snack: A dear friend of mine always says, “If a snack makes you feel better then go for it, because mental health is more important”. 

3. Netflix break: Thirty minutes of happiness won’t result in a failing grade. Set a timer for yourself so you don’t end up watching a whole season!

4. Campion with Friends: You all have to eat, and you all are happier together. Don’t become a hermit during Finals Week!

5. Stress free playlist: Put Spotify to good use, create a playlist that will ease your nerves and motivate you.

Watch out for your mental health Hawks and ace those finals!
