Our student-athlete of the month goes to Hannah Green! Hannah is part of the class of 2019, is a Public Relations and Marketing Communications major at Simmons University, and is on the cross country team.
She truly exemplifies the definition of a student athlete. She is in the Simmons Honors Program, studied abroad in Africa, ran a 23:44 in her last 5K race and was named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Academic All-Conference Team. How does she do it?
1. She uses all of the resources available at Simmons.
Through the Honors Program, and the Study Abroad Office, she figures out how she can do it all.
2. She establishes relationships with her professors to move her ahead of the pack.
3. She gives 100% in everything she does. When the effort level is there, the results will follow.
