Hollar has all your Halloween decor needs all at ridiculous prices like this spider web decoration above that’s just 75 cents! They also have a good selection of smaller decorations that are perfect for your desk or door!

2. DIY Wreaths

If you’re more into DIY-ing this one’s for you! All this requires is a fome circle which can be bought at a craft store, plastic spiders and some spider webs! It is perfect to hang on a dorm room door or wall.

 

3. Bullseye’s Playground

When you walk into Target, you’ve probably noticed Bullseye’s Playground near the entrance. This little heaven is home to all kinds of cool decor items (both Halloween and every other time of year!) Bullseye’s Playground boasts good quality items that will make it through many Halloweens to come, all at low prices!

4. Construction Paper Bats

 

These little cutie are perfect for filling up walls or doors! Just fold some black construction paper in half, cut out half a bat shape, and then tape to your walls. Fold up the wings to make them look like they’re flying through your dorm!

 

5. DIY Pumpkins

Real pumpkins can be more of a problem then their worth, bypass this problem by simply making your own! One way is to buy foil tubing at a hardware store and paint it or use construction paper cut into strips and staple them together on the ends! Both create beautiful pumpkins that will never go bad (and are inexpensive!)

 

6. Mason Jar Zombies

Transform mason jars into adorable zombies! Simply use gauze and wrap the jars up and add googly eyes. You can even add tea lights inside to make your zombies glow!

 

7. Ghost Garland

If you already have tea lights or string lights in your room, all you need is a sharpie and some tissues! Transform your lights into little ghost by tying tissues around the bulbs and adding spooky faces on them!
