Yay!! Summer is getting closer and closer! Here are a few of my favorite smoothie recipes to help get in shape or stay in shape beforehand!
- Blueberry Almond

Protien packed and tasty!
Ingredients:
– 1 Scoop Vanilla Protien Powder
– 1 1/2 Cups of Almond Milk
– 1/2 Cup of Blueberries
– 1 TBSP of Almond Butter
– 1 tsp Almond Extract
Directions:
1. Cover with water
2. Blend!
- Frosted Red Fruit Smoothie

This one is so refreshing and couldn’t be easier!
Directions:
– 1/2 Cup of Peaches
– 1 Cup of Strawberries
– 1 Cup of Orange Juice
– Splash of Lemonade

- Peach Rasberry

Ingredients:
– 6 Oz Plain Fat Free Yogurt
– 1 Medium Peach (sliced)
– 1/2 Cup of Raspberries
– 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

– 1 Frozen Mango (cut up)
– 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
– 1/2 Cup Coconut Water
– 1/2 Cup Orange Juice

– 3/4 Cup Almond Milk
– 1 Cup of Iced Coffee
– 1 Frozen Banana
– 1 Scoop of Protein Powder
