Healthy Smoothie Ideas to Help Get in Shape for Summer

Yay!! Summer is getting closer and closer! Here are a few of my favorite smoothie recipes to help get in shape or stay in shape beforehand!

  1. Blueberries

    Protien packed and tasty!

    Ingredients:

    - 1 Scoop Vanilla Protien Powder

    - 1 1/2 Cups of Almond Milk

    - 1/2 Cup of Blueberries

    - 1 TBSP of Almond Butter

    - 1 tsp Almond Extract

    Directions:

    1. Cover with water

    2. Blend!

    Directions: 

    - 1/2 Cup of Peaches

    - 1 Cup of Strawberries

    - 1 Cup of Orange Juice

    - Splash of Lemonade

    Directions:

    Ingredients: 

    - 6 Oz Plain Fat Free Yogurt

    - 1 Medium Peach (sliced)

    - 1/2 Cup of Raspberries

    - 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

    Tastes like summer in a cup

    Ingredients: 

    - 1 Frozen Mango (cut up)

    - 1/2 Cup Almond Milk

    - 1/2 Cup Coconut Water 

    - 1/2 Cup Orange Juice

    Directions: 

    1. Pour over ice and enjoy!

  5. Mocha

    Your morning coffee and breakfast all in one!

    Ingredients: 

    - 2 Cups of Ice

    - 3/4 Cup Almond Milk

    - 1 Cup of Iced Coffee

    - 1 Frozen Banana

    - 1 Scoop of Protein Powder

    Directions:
