The week consists of seven days, 24 hours each, and school takes up most of our time. It’s not uncommon for stress to build up for no reason, and the days end up slipping away, leaving you feeling unaccomplished. When you find yourself falling into a slump, remember that you can easily do something within the span of 15 minutes. Here is a list of the top 15-minute tasks to do in order to help you feel a sense of accomplishment.

1. Go for a walk

Walking is one of the top stress relievers that costs nothing at all. Whether you are walking with your friends, or alone, take time to look around and take it all in. Breathe in the fresh air and focus on bringing yourself to a better state of mind.

2. Work on a coloring book

Coloring is not just for little kids; adult coloring books have become a new stress relieving sensation. You can find one at any store for inexpensive and the results are well worth it! Even if you start and can’t finish right away, it’s always exciting to come back to the page and chip away at it. The finished product is always the best part.
