Whenever I’m having an off day, I always read a little bit of poetry to soothe the soul. Recently, one of my favorite poets, Rupi Kaur, released a new collection of poetry called The Sun and Her Flowers. In this, Kaur explores the depths of pain and the personal growth that she experiences. In celebration of her new book, here are some of my favorite poems from this collection that are all too real.
