Yoga is all about improving your body and mind but through a session many thoughts cross your mind. These are the many phases of Yoga.

Phase 1: Getting ready and feeling awesome.

Phase 2: Warming up and feeling like a pro.

Phase 3: Remembering that you are there for balance.

Phase 4: I want to stay in Child’s pose forever.

Phase 5: Feeling the stretches do their job.

Phase 6: Watching the instructor like “yeah no, not even going to attempt that”.

Phase 7: I must look ridiculous.

Phase 8: Fighting sleep during meditation.

Phase 9: Namaste.

Phase 10: I did it, I’m a goddess, I am beautiful.
