It’s so easy to get stressed about everyday life and school and I personally find my release through listening to music. Music sweeps you into its riptide and gentle caresses you as it pulls you deeper into its mysterious ways. From one song you can get transported to the past or peak into the mind of another. I am able to escape from my own worries and connect to others. Often music is very personal and we are able to connect as people through our shared struggles. So, here are my top 5 song I listen to when I’m stressed.
