While I am at school, I often find myself forgetting to set time aside to take care of myself. These are a few of the things I do to take care of my mental and physical health:

· Drink plenty of water

· Go on a walk

· Facetime friends and family

· Watch a movie

· Eat something sweet

· Do a face mask

· Do yoga

Even when we are so busy with school it is so important to set aside time to do something that we enjoy!
