Hey Girls! As midterms end I’ve noticed that I have let a lot of things personally fall by the waist side. I think the biggest thing that happens to me any time I get stressed is that I break out! I also drink a lot of coffee and soda to stay awake, and get so busy I don’t eat healthily.
This midterms week I found a way to easily combat all the symptoms that show the strain of stress, ACTIVATED CHARCOAL. This stuff is wonderful! It cures so many things I had to share my favorite ways to use it.
1. FAICAL CLEANSER/ ACNE TREATMENT:
This stuff can suck out black heads like a magnet! I’ve used cleansers with it in them before but using the raw activated charcoal can really clear up your skin. I just break the capsule open and wash my face with it after I wash my face,
2. TEETH WHITENER:
Activated charcoal can whiten your teeth while keeping your moth clean by restoring the PH level. I break the capsule open on my toothbrush and brush my teeth with it.

4. After all the junk food I eat during midterms I start to feel sluggish and gross, which is the opposite of how you want to feel when you have to pull all nighters. I just take it every morning before class.
5. HANGOVER CURE:
When taken in its purest form, it removes the toxins that contribute to alcohol poisoning and can soak up alcohol in your system to aid in fixing a hangover. THIS STUFF IS INCREDABLE!!!!
