Usman Asif:  “Super intelligence.”

HC: “What is a talent that you have that not many people know about?”

UA: “I’ve been playing piano since I was about four years old.”

HC: “How would you describe yourself in three words?”

UA: “Funny, passionate, driven.”

HC: “What’s a fun fact about yourself that people may not know?”

UA: “I’m a white girl at heart when it comes to coffee.”

HC: “What activities are you involved in on campus?”

UA: “BonaBuddies, AMSA, Embrace it Africa.”

HC: “Exercise seems to be a big part of your life! How did you get into fitness and what’s your favorite part about it?”

 UA: “I got into it through a sport in high school called Marine Fitness and just enjoy being able to push myself to accomplish things that I didn’t think I’d be able to do.”

HC: “Do you have an advice for someone who is interested in becoming more fit, but might be intimidated by the gym?”

UA: “People get intimidated because they feel as if they’re not ‘strong’ or ‘fit’ enough and get embarrassed—the way I look at it, you gotta start somewhere and before you know it, you’ll be proud that you did start.”
