I like to journal to help me express myself but it also has great physical, cognitive and emotional benefits. Here are the 14 reasons that I like to journal.

  1. It helps you let feelings out and process emotions.
  2. Helps you remember things.
  3. Easy way to have 5 minutes of me time each day.
  4. Only you will ever read it.
  5. To keep all your fun & happy memories in it.
  6. To help manifest your goals and dreams.
  7. Helps you create order when your world feels like chaos.
  8. To track your progress and growth.
  9. To help you find inspiration.
  10. To help reduce stress and burn out.
  11. It can help you figure out what to do next if you’re stuck.
  12. It encourages awareness and stops overthinking from occurring.
  13. It can help create fewer depressed moments as you are able to let things out and write/speak your mind.
  14. It is an effective way to get unstuck if you are having a mental block.
