How to get through your last weeks!

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at SAU chapter.

Stress! Finals! Packing! Goodbyes!

All of this is coming up for many of us here at St. Ambrose! We are all feeling the stress of finals and making the last few memories of whatever year we may be but also trying to keep good time management to get all those papers in. Here are a few quick and easy steps to keep your head in the game!

Time Management- the best thing we can all do it set our priorities straight. Yes making memories with our friends and getting in as much time with them as possible is a huge thing, but we also all need to focus on those last projects and the final tests we all have. Having 4-5 hours a night where you sit alone and work on your school work is what works best for me because then I know I worked as long as my brain would allow me to. I then go and blow off steam and stress with some good friends.

Stress Eliminators- find what is the best option for you when it comes to you handling your stress. Find a plug that will allow you to decompress and then able to get back on tract for whatever your working on. Most of the time for me it is some light working out that really helps me blow off steam and then get right on track.

Know what can and cant stay- Some things that might be causing you stress are things like packing and that can be over whelming. Start going through your stuff before you get to the last week and if possible try and take as much of it as you can home before that last move out day gets here because before you know it your building will be filled with people getting in and out. So go through off the clothing you have and choose what you need for the next couple of weeks and what you really dont.
