It’s no secret that all college campuses have their quirks. From the hundreds (and I mean hundreds) of squirrels running around to the numerous haunted, ghost stories, St. Ambrose is no different. Perhaps one of SAU’s biggest quirks? Ambrose Hall – the building all students love to hate. From the hellish temperatures to the maze-like hallways and embarrassingly-hard trek to the fourth floor, Ambrose Hall has it all.

With that being said, here are 16 tweets from when Ambrose Hall got the best of some former and present SAU students.

Happens to the best of us. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’m not sure if there’s any lonelier feeling than being the last living person in Ambrose Hall.

When those four flights of stairs make you consider changing your major.

At least she added a bee emoji.

Same.

Once again, same.

This one is my favorite, to be honest.

I mean, you’re not wrong.

Don’t worry. We’ve all been there.

I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

Sounds like a spooky ghost story.

It makes so much sense now — the more you know!

Does anyone actually know their way around Ambrose Hall…?

Maybe she was a rude ghost?
