7. Rooibos  Rooibos has a great flavor and is used in many herbal teas as a base to layer with. Rooibos is the key ingredient in most Yogi teas. Rooibos helps circulation and blood pressure, while decreasing inflammation in the body. Rooibos tea also helps to aid weight loss, and keeps your hair and skin healthy and glowing.

8.  Hibiscus  Hibiscus is known to aid in lowering cholesterol and helps level blood pressure. It also aids in boosting the immune system and lowering inflammation in the body. Studies also show that hibiscus flowers are linked to stimulating the metabolism and gradually aid in weight loss.
