Q: What made you come to Queen’s U?
A: I came to Queen’s because of the vibes. The first year Bader International Study Centre program seemed like an interesting opportunity. I really liked the sense of community at Queen’s. (Also, it’s the only place I applied.)
Q: How have you gotten involved at Queen’s U?
A: I am an editor of Her Campus Queen’s. I also volunteer at the Union Gallery at Stauffer and am a Peer Academic Advisor for exchange students.
Q: What’s your favourite meal to cook while you’re at school?
A: Scrambled eggs or stir fry.
Q: What are you watching right now?
A: Right now I’m really into Youtube videos of grocery hauls. Also, Friends From College on Netflix.
Q: What’s a quirky fact about yourself?
A: I know all of the presidents of the United States in chronological order (I am not American). Also, I have four identical pairs of Stan Smith sneakers, all for different occasions.
Q: What’s been your favourite course you’ve taken at Queen’s U?
A: I loved Sociology of Cities (SOCY 300) and Latin American Art (ARTH 272).

A: Fail to prepare, prepare to fail.
Q: What do you wish you could tell your first-year self?
A: Go to your prof’s office hours!
Q: What’s your favourite food place in Kingston?
A: For dinner, Tango Nuevo. For a good breakfast muck, Denny’s. Also Metro Aisle 3 for schnacks.
Q: What superpower would you want to have?
A: I would like to be invisible.
Q: What have you eaten today?
A: Chicken noodle soup (twice) and turkey pepperoni sticks.
Q: What’s your favourite documentary?
A: Citizen Four. It’s really cool, I definitely recommend it. Also, Blackfish.
Q: What’s something you’ve never told anyone before?
A: I once fractured my wrist in three places because I fell over a chair. After I was eating nerd candies and one got stuck in my cast and I have a scar from it.
Q: What’s your favourite animal?
A: Cats!
Q: What’s your biggest fear?
A: Being left in the middle of the ocean.
Q: What’s the best movie you’ve seen recently?
A: Vice, it’s about former US Vice President Dick Cheney.
Q: What do you do to stay fit?
A: I do yoga and Pilates. I also like the elliptical.
Q: Where do you want to travel before you die?
A: Japan and Argentina.
