If you have ever found yourself feeling lazy, unproductive and unmotivated at the worst possible time, don’t fret. We have all been there. Here are a few ways you can get out of your funk and get it together:

Walking

A hot girl walk is the cure to absolutely anything. Getting outside and smelling the fresh air can help reset you and your circadian rhythm.

Listening to the birds and seeing the squirrels and bunnies prancing around can put a smile on your face and boost your mood immediately.

On top of a walk making you feel better, you will be hitting your 10k step goal for the day and feeling like the hot girl baddie (that you are) knowing you completed that goal for the day.

Put On a Little Bit of Makeup

Putting on a little bit of makeup can immediately boost your confidence, which can then boost your mood. You will feel more put together and ready to tackle what you need accomplished.

Whether it be mascara, blush, bronzer or concealer to cover up those annoying spots, you will have instant self-assurance that you will be able to complete your list of to-dos in record time.

Clean Parts of Your Room

Cleaning is such a big help to your mental sanity. Being surrounded by a clean atmosphere can help boost your mood and energy to levels unimaginable.

Knowing that where you are working to complete your assignments or where you will be going after your assignments are completed is clean and tidy is instant clarity. It makes all the difference when it comes to feeling put together.

Write a List of To-Dos

Writing a list of to-dos can really amplify your ability to get all of your work done. You will be putting down on paper what you have to complete by the end of the day, and just by doing that you will be visualizing how you have to schedule your time better. This allows you to manage each assignment accordingly.

The satisfaction that comes with crossing off each task that you complete is like no other, which adds to your motivation and productiveness to complete your next assignments.

Go to Bed Earlier

Going to bed earlier and getting 8 hours of sleep already sets you up for success. When the brain and body is well rested, you perform better, and that’s just simple science.

You will be in a better mood because you will not be as groggy compared to if you got your normal amount of sleep. You will wake up being ready to take on the day and not dreading the idea of leaving your warm, comfy bed to do so.

Get Starbucks

Getting a drink or snack from Starbucks will boost your mood and can make you feel more productive. To top it off, if you do your work in a Starbucks you will be that much more motivated. For me, Starbucks just has productive vibes and energy.

I mean, have you seen the customers in Starbucks? They are always working hard and sipping their drinks like it’s nobody’s business.

I honestly love doing this one myself because it always makes me want to complete my work way before it’s due.

Buy a Planner

Buying a planner can help your productiveness so much. Planning out what you have to do in the upcoming week or month can be so helpful for your mental health. You will know what you have to plan for and be well prepared way ahead of time.

Thank me later, but buying and consistently using a planner will change your life.

These are just some helpful tips and tricks to do if you are ever feeling unmotivated. By all means, some of these might not be for you, but I guarantee at least one of them will help clear your mind and make you more focused to complete your tasks.

Say goodbye to feeling lazy and unmotivated! Following any of these tips can instantly boost your productivity.
