I have found that very few people have mild opinions about Valentine’s Day. You’re either team “love” or team “hate”. There is no team “enh, it’s okay, I guess”. So whether you’re excited about spending the day with someone you love, or you’re just excited for discount candy, check out these songs!

1. When you’re feeling old school…

  • Favorite Lyric- “I will feel a glow just thinking of you and the way you look tonight.”

2. When you’re feeling ecstatic…

  • Favorite Lyric- “I’ve been waiting for you girl.”

3. When you’re feeling grateful…

  • Favorite Lyric- “You’re the sunshine to my life.”

4. When you’re feeling tender…

  • Favorite Lyric- “I’m surrounded by your embrace.”

5. When you’re feeling optimistic…

  • Favorite Lyric- “You are my love, come on, let’s get started.”

6. When you’re feeling inspired…

  • Favorite Lyric- “Show me how to fight for now.”

7. When you’re feeling like a kid again…

  • Favorite Lyric- “I’m where I’m meant to be.”

8. When you’re feeling introspective…

  • Favorite Lyric- “Rolled through my heart as lost lovers refrain.”

9. When you’re feeling passionate…

  • Favorite Lyric- “Will you still love me when I got nothing but my aching soul?”

10. When you’re feeling dreamy…

  • Favorite Lyric- “Say you’ll remember me.”
