The time has finally come. From pop-ups in Junkyard, Mesa, and various other spots, to the upgrade we’ve all been waiting for – Slice N Brew have opened their own restaurant! Don’t walk people, RUN.

As an avid lover of pizza, I’m always on the hunt for my next fix. I opted for one of their classics which has been on their menu since the beginning – the vodka pie. We all know of Gigi Hadid’s famous vodka pasta, but did you know that you can consume your favourite, yet demonic spirit in your pizza? Slice N Brew’s vodka pizza consists of a bloody Mary vodka sauce which creates a warming kick with each bite. It’s rich, but not sickly, making it easy to demolish a whole pizza and not get tired of it. For me, a tomato sauce can make or break a pizza, and I was sceptical at first to stray away from my beloved Margherita pizza, but I don’t think I’ll be having another when I’ve got the vodka pie as an option. With both mozzarella and pecorino, you’ve got a beautiful infusion of creamy and sharp cheese to compliment that divine sauce. Obviously garnished with basil to top off the whole dish. If you’re one of those people who doesn’t have basil on your pizza, politely please grow up and please pass me your basil.

If this isn’t enough to convince you to try it out, they also offer takeaways so you can enjoy their pizzas from the comfort of your own home. With a nostalgic New York inspired pizzeria decor, it has a raw authentic interior that transports you whilst sitting in the heart of our wonderful city. With a relaxed and bustling atmosphere, it’s a great place to chill out and have some great ales with even better pizza.
