The best recipe – Fudge Chocolate Chip Pancakes

At only 202 calories these Fudge Chocolate Chip pancakes are a miracle and easy to make in 7 steps!

What you’ll need:

All-purpose flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, low-fat buttermilk, salt, vegetable oil, an egg, semisweet chocolate chips, fat-free hot fudge, frozen fat-free whipped toppings, fresh raspberries

How to make:

1)    Spoon flour into a measuring cup

2)    Then spoon cocoa into a measuring cup

3)    Combine flour, cocoa, and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir with a whisk.

4)    Add buttermilk, oil, and egg; add to flour mixture, stirring until well blended.

5)    Stir in chocolate chips.

6)    Spoon 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a medium nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray (chocolate will burn if pan is too hot).

7)    Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.

Microwave the hot fudge topping according to package directions.

Cut each pancake in half, and top with fudge topping, whipped topping, and raspberries. Serve immediately.
