Stripes are something every girl wears; acceptable every day of the year.
However, predictions show that the Spring of 2017 is going to be full of stripes: whether that be pinstripe trousers, an oversized striped jumper or a simple black and white stripey t-shirt, one of these will make your wardrobe this year.
This week’s campus style spotted is first year French and Spanish student, Kate O’Gorman. I spotted her jeans first – their oversized style and rips down both sides stood out from the rest. The sun had (finally) made its way onto campus so Kate chose to pair a simple stripe t-shirt with a cute and cosy woollen jumper!

Kate: Mainly comfort. I like to have baggy trousers on because we’re sitting around all day. A nice cosy jumper because it’s not super cold today.

Kate: I think the jeans; they’re more different than my other pairs. The rip makes them stand out also.
Me:Â What clothing item/accessory can you not leave the house without?
Kate:Â Umm, I really like these Vans. They are my life.

Kate:Â Urban Outfitters (when I have the money though).
