Events to Help You De-Stress Before Finals

‘Twas the week before finals and everyone was stressed. not a student was sleeping, no one felt #blessed. The weeks before finals can be stressful, but don’t fret! Notre Dame has provided us with tons of opportunities over the next few days to relieve some stress, eat some berries, and (finally) bask in the sunshine.

Here is a list of upcoming events that will help you relax, de-stress, and just have fun!

Wednesday, April 20th

8-10am: Breakfast of Champions: Fresh Fruit between DeBartolo and O’Shag

Didn’t have time to eat breakfast? Don’t fret! Grab a bagel on your way to your 8:20 and actually arrive on time for once.

8-10pm: Dive-In Movie: The Thirteenth Year at the Rockne Memorial Pool

Relive your childhood with DCOMs and floaties. 

Thursday, April 21st

11am-1pm: McWell Presents: RefreshRecess on South Quad

Puppies + Coloring Books = Happy College Students

5:15-6:15pm: Mindful Meditation in 102 Coleman-Morse Center

Take some deep breaths. You’ve got this.

9pm: Legends Presents: Student Standup/Humor Artists Senior Set at Legends

Finals got you down? Laughter is the best medicine!

Friday, April 22nd

12-1pm: Yoga on the Dock at St. Joseph Beach

Good vibes only here.

3-5pm: Walsh Presents: Pie Your President at the Fieldhouse Mall

Ever wonder what it’s like to pie someone in the face? Walsh has you covered! You know you want to.

3-6pm: Dillon Presents: Opening Day in the Dillon Hall Courtyard

Bounce your troubles away in a bounce house while listening to live music!

3:30-5:30pm: Sustainability Festival on North Quad

Keep your body and your earth healthy with food from the local farmer’s market.

4:30-6:30pm: PrismND Presents: LGTBBQ on the Co-Mo Patio

What is better than good food and great people? FREE good food and great people, that’s what!

5-6pm: Indian Association Presents: Holi

Celebrate spring with the festival of colors.

Saturday, April 23rd

12-4pm: Fisher Regatta at St. Mary’s Lake

Take a break from your studies and jump (or sink) into the lake!

3:30-5:30pm: An Afternoon with Acousticafe on the Recker’s Patio 

Good music and free food will be provided. Need I say more?

Sunday, April 24th

1-3pm: Senior Class Council Presents: BERRIES! On South Quad

Berries and cream. Berries and cream…

11-5pm: Keenan Hall Presents: Muddy Sunday

Round off your stress free week with a Sunday filled with mud, volleyball, friends, and more MUD!
