Spring has finally sprung, and as the temperature continues to slowly climb, summer inches closer and closer. On those hot, humid days, nothing sounds better than an ice-cold smoothie. So skip expensive smoothie stores, and check out these easy and healthy recipes you can make yourself.

Grab a blender, add ingredients, mix until smooth, and enjoy!

Very Pom & Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen mixed berries

1 banana

1 cup pomegranate juice

½ cup nonfat plain yogurt

Pineapple Palm Smoothie

Ingredients:

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup baby spinach

1 cup frozen banana slices
