Holiday HIIT: 3 Workouts for the Broke and the Lazy

The benefits of the HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) structure have become well-known and popular over the last couple of years. It feels like all the fitness Instagrammers are using them lately. HIIT is known for being quick yet remarkable at burning calories. The goal is to keep going until you’re too exhausted, but sometimes that feels like too big of a challenge; the workouts listed here go for only 10 minutes. 

If you’re not looking to renew your gym membership for winter break or you’re too lazy to get yourself to the gym you do belong to, you can find three HIIT workouts listed below for the dusty treadmill in your parents’ basement.
