8 Steps to Baking Valentine’s Day Chocolate Pumpkin Brownies

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 350˚F.

Step 2:

1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 cup of flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 tablespoon of salt
2/3 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of chocolate chips

In one bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs and oil.

In another bowl, add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and brown sugar.

Step 3:

Combine the ingredients together and add the chocolate chips.

Step 4:

Mix everything together.

Step 5:

With a spoon, pour the mix into the (heart-shaped) cookie tray and spread out the ingredients evenly. Bake the recipe for about 20 minutes. 

Step 6:

Let the brownies cool.

Step 7:

Drizzle some sugar and cinnamon on top.

Step 8:

Dig in!
