Songs For The Main Stages of Your Breakup

Breakups can feel crushing; there’s no doubt about it. You feel so many emotions, from sadness to anger, all at once. A lot of the time you avoid being around people, and instead, turn to music. In no particular order, here are songs for the three main stages of your breakup:

There’s a certain feeling of indulgence in listening to sad music when you’re already sad. It feels good to let yourself cry and let everything out. It may take a while, but it will feel better over time.
