“I chose to be Olive Penderghast [for Halloween] because frankly, I wanted to portray someone kickass, and who better than the ever witty, sharp as a knife Olive Penderghast? One can only dream to be that quick witted and hilarious. To create my version of Olive, I knew a corset and a letter A would be crucial. I cut an A out of red felt myself, and pinned it to a black corset. I found some wayfarer sunglasses to mirror her classic sunglasses from the movie, and snagged a pearl necklace similar to the one Olive rocked. With all of those and a pair of black jeans and black heels, I was Easy A ready!“
