Being on your period, as told by Disney’s Frozen

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at MSU chapter.

Sometimes your period hits you like a ton of…snow.

So you have to make a quick getaway to the bathroom.

Your cramps become so bad you feel like falling to the ground.

You might even feel like your whole body is falling apart.

Your mood goes from feeling fine and dandy,

to wanting to punch the next person that says the wrong thing.

Chocolate is sacred.

Again, chocolate is sacred.

Sometimes, you even crave strange things you don’t usually eat.

And then devour everything in sight.

Forget getting ready for class, it’s a miracle you got out of bed.

Because periods can be so uncomfortable.

When you try to explain the feeling to a guy, they just don’t understand.

Because only girls will know the true pain of a period.

And after a week of feeling fat and miserable, you can kiss it goodbye until next month.
