It’s a new year at Michigan State and that means we’re welcoming new students. Whether you’re a senior, freshman or somewhere in between, we’ve all been there before. Her Campus put together a few of our favorite freshmen moments at MSU.
1.) You wear your dorm key and I.D. card on a lanyard around your neck.
2.) You took a picture in front of Sparty. Â
3. ) You got lost your first time in Brody’s cafeteria. Â
4.) You thought an 8 a.m. class in Holden was a good idea.Â
5.) You awkwardly sway and mumble to the alma mater because you don’t know the words.
6.) You get excited whenever somebody mentions the MSU Dairy Store.
7.) You bought the books for every ISS and IAH class thinking you’d read them all.
8.) You count down the minutes until you get to use your combo-x-change for the day.Â
9.) You panic on Farm Lane when you’re riding your bike.
10.) You actually say “Goomba’s” instead of “Gumby’s”.Â
11.) You pre-game in a dorm room.Â
12.) The dancing and free alcohol at frats keep you coming back.Â
13.) Your new favorite colors are green and white.
