So, You’re Not on the Himalayan Salt Bandwagon?

Do you love holistic healing? Are you looking for another way to level up your self-care? Do you enjoy wellness options that are affordable? Are you in need of another way to cope with stress? Is your favorite living space in need of a new lamp? Do you love the color pink? If you answered yes to any of these questions, I’m beyond excited to share with you the wonderful benefits of Himalayan salt. 

Benefits of Himalayan Salt Lamps:

  1. Releases negative ions which are great for stress reduction and combating the positive ions we face from electricity
  2. Encourage your brain to release happy chemicals and regulate your mood

I love turning on my Himalayan salt lamp every morning and watching the pink glow wash over me. Right next to it you’ll find my Himalayan salt stone that I gently massage myself with at night before bed so I can relax. I purchased this stone, which I refer to as my pet rock named Fifi, after my Himalayan salt stone massage at the spa I work at. I fell in love with the way the warm stone glided over my body and replenished my energy. As the stones worked into my muscles, I felt every ounce of tension and stress alleviate.

If you’re still feeling a little skeptical because you’ve stumbled across articles that show there’s no scientific evidence behind some of these claims, let me put it to you this way.
