The newest addition to the downtown Mankato City Center, pronounced “wi-zi-wig,” offers a trendy, health-conscious hangout for anyone looking for organic foods and beverages.
What is WYSIWYG?
WYSIWYG is a juice bar that handcrafts cold-pressed juice, organic food and beverages. All juices are natural and are certified organic non-GMO, meaning it is not genetically engineered, altered, or manipulated. Also, WYSIWYG has completely Gluten Free menu items. And if that didn’t already reel you in, they offer vegan and vegetarian options and cleanse packages.
Menu:
The juice menu consists of 3 tiers with each juice that benefits the body in different ways through its variety of fruits and vegetables. The first is for “the juicer just starting out on their journey of health. Next, the second tier is for “everyone, novice juicer or avid juicer, wanting to take control of their health and feel good.” And the third is for “the serious juicers, looking to juice for health benefits or health conditions.” And if the closet health-nut hasn’t come out of you yet, WYSIWYG offers delicious smoothie bowls where you pick fruits and grains you would like in them, and on-the-go meals like a chicken quinoa bowl. Thought I was done there? There’s also dessert, like white chocolate lemon cheesecake.
