Waking up can be quite the struggle. It doesn’t matter if you hear that alarm going off at 5:30 or 9 AM. No one ever wants to leave their bed in the morning, but we gotta do it.

It can be easy to just quick race out the door with hair up and half-done makeup. Going into the day with a long to-do list. You can easily get caught up on your business.

However, if you slow down for only a few minutes each morning you can really go into your day with a clear outlook and full heart. A way to prepare your mind and soul for a full day.

Write a short statement that you can display somewhere in your morning routine. The statement should be something uplifting and reminding you of your worth. Because sweetheart, you absolutely are someone special.

Read this morning message each and every day. Read it out loud, real it loud and proud. Your morning message is meant to build you up and allow you to start your day with true well-being.

You can frame your message and display it on your vanity or next to the sink. Hang your statement on the fridge so you can read it when you pack your lunch for the day. You could even hang it on the mirror in the bathroom, where you can see yourself as you read.

A morning message is meant for you. A way for you to be positive and remember your value.
