Here are 22 ways to better your 22 self. Pick a few and do them, really commit to them. Once you do, I can assure you that will feel better about yourself!

  1. Do what makes you happy.

  2. Give back to others.

  3. Set a goal – go big, do something you know will be a challenge, but you can get there if you work for it.

  4. Call your grandparents on weekly or monthly basis.

  5. Forgive those who have hurt you- there is no need to keep hanging onto grudges.

  6. Drink more coffee- iit’s okay if the Caribou barista knows you by first name.

  7. Avoid negative people- you are at the point in life where you only need people who will bring you positivity.

  1. Take on a cleanse, this will be challenging but once you complete it you will feel so much more fresh and new.

  2. Mentor a younger peer that is in your major.

  3. Sit and enjoy a book – take a break from this world and enter a new one.

  4. Post something in your room that you can look at everyday for a smile.

  5. Wake up 15 minutes earlier to start your day fresher.

  6. Organize your shoes in a fun way – rather than throwing them into the bottom of the closet, display them in a fashionable way that gives them the respect those heels deserve.

  1. Plant a plant – you got this! You can keep it alive!

  2. Thank your friends – they love you and you love them, it’s good to remind them of that.

  3. Road trip with your besties – go somewhere and make some memories that you will all hold on to for a lifetime.

  4. Take more naps – don’t feel bad, darling, you need more sleep.

  5. Buy some new wine glasses – your wine deserves a better home, and this way you can feel fancy drinking it.

  6. Visit your hometown – going back home and bring you a sense of comfort, even just going to a local coffee shop or a hometown football game.

  7. Watch the sunset – go for a walk and watch as the sun sets, reflecting on your day.

  8. Look through your baby pictures.

  9. Remind yourself daily of your beauty, worth and how much you are valued.
