It’s finally Fall! And that means boots, sweaters, candles and Halloween!
Personally, I think this is the best time of year for couples. If nobody can judge single girls for being risqué, then nobody can judge couples for being cheesy! This is the one day of the year that couples get to be cheesy and cute, rather than cheesy and annoying, so take advantage. Here are five of the cutest couples costumes of all time.
1. Aaron and Regina from Mean Girls.
Let’s face it, Mean Girls is one of the best movies of all time. And I think we can all agree that sometimes, we wish we were as popular as Regina George. This is your chance! This look is super easy for guys to emulate because they basically just need to find a football jersey. And we all know how big of a struggle it is to get our guys to put effort into our well-planned Halloween costumes. You could even make a fake Burn Book as a prop! Trust me, you guys will look so “grool.”
2. Danny Zuko and Sandy from Grease.
Danny Zuko and Sandy are HOT. Enough said. This costume will give you a chance to wear those sexy leather pants you’ve always wanted to wear out, but never had the occasion to. It’s also an easy costume because it basically consists of both of you wearing all black. Or, if you want to go for the more innocent look, you can be Sandy in the beginning of the movie and dress as a Pink Lady!
3. Key to My Heart.
He dresses up as the key and you dress up as the heart! This is one of the cheesier options, but it’ still super cute. It’s also perfect for pictures because you will be matching, not to mention it’s obvious what you are dressing up as. However, this is harder to DIY, so if you choose this one, you might want to start searching online ASAP! On the flip side, it’s definitely unique, so you won’t have to be afraid of seeing other couples dressed the same as you two!
4. Plug and Socket.
In our day and age of technology, this costume is perfect. It’s super funny and creative! Plus, the socket dress is actually really cute. You definitely need to have an easy going boyfriend to agree to this one, but it’s worth a shot!
5. Curious George and the Yellow Man.
This is by far my favorite couples costume! It brings back something from childhood and turns it into something hot! Girls in animal costumes are always adorable. You just throw on ears and call it a day. Plus, your guy just needs to wear all yellow and a yellow hat! I’ll definitely be considering this one for me and my boyfriend this year!!
