EXERCISE!
Here’s a list of my favorite exercises that I do at the gym on campus.
——–CARDIO———-
❖Elliptical: Incline of 10, resistance of 5 for a mile
❖Run: 3 miles/walk cool down
❖Bike: 5 miles (work up to this)
❖Burpees: 5x of 10
❖Lunges: 2x of 25 each leg holding dumbbells
❖Squats: 3x of 15 with kettlebell

——–ABS—————
❖Planks: 3x for 1 minute, side planks 3x for 30 seconds each side
❖Wall sits: 3x for 1 minute
❖Russian twists with a medicine ball (I use 15 lbs): 3x for 1 minute
❖Leg lifts: 2x of 25 OR Flutter/Scissor kicks: 2x 30 seconds
❖Mountain Climbers: 3x for 1-2 minutes
❖V-ups: 3x of 15
❖Sit-ups: Begin in a regular sit-up position. Rotate your legs upward in 5
angles. Complete 10 sit-ups in each position and repeat going downwards, totaling 200 sit-ups all together.
