So the New Year is in full swing and hopefully all of us have stuck to our new years resolutions of staying fit and eating clean. For those of you who have been slacking- no problem, it happens especially with this dreadful, cold and snowy weather we’ve been having. The good news (or bad news for those slackers) is that spring break is approaching. Time to cut up your lemons, cucumbers, grab some mint, ginger and water. Try this sassy water recipe to help you de-bloat and maintain that flat tummy!

SASSY WATER RECIPE:

 1 gallon of water

2-3 lemons, thinly sliced

1 cucumber, thinly sliced

About 20 mint leaves (little less is ok too)

½-1 tbsp. of ground ginger

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Wash vegetables and thinly slice lemon and cucumber

Step 2: Fill a gallon container to the top with water and add all ingredients

Step 3: Soak container of Sassy Water in fridge overnight

**Feel free to re-use ingredients and fill container up if you drink a full one in a day**
