Exercising in a cute and comfortable outfit improves my entire workout. When I feel confident and comfortable in what I am wearing, I work harder and feel better about what I’m doing. Some of my favorite brands to buy athletic wear from are…

Aerie

Aerie is my number one place to purchase athletic apparel. They have amazing leggings and tops. My favorite leggings are the ones made of nylon and elastane, with a v seam. They are the softest pair of leggings that I have ever owned and perfectly fit your body. For workout tops, the longline sports bras are so comfortable. They have a built-in sports bra and fall at length that pairs well with high-waisted leggings.

Amazon

I get nervous ordering apparel off of Amazon because you never know what you’ll get. But after sifting through all the instagram influencers, I finally found a great pair of leggings. They are the CRZ YOGA brand and they fit amazingly. I haven’t tried a top from Amazon, but I have seen that the brand Lemedy serves as Lululemon dupes.

Old Navy

Although one might not think Old Navy is the place to go for workout apparel, you would be surprised. They have reasonably priced leggings, joggers, and workout tops. All of the athletic apparel from there has held up great, is so soft, and fits perfectly.

Paragon

I recently ordered my first pair of Paragon leggings. They are a fitness brand, and have really great apparel. I ordered leggings with a wrap top that feels like a second skin. These leggings are a bit thicker than that of Aerie’s, however they are so soft and comfortable.

There are tons of athletic apparel brands out there, and it will take time to find what works best for you. Wearing your favorite outfit in the gym allows you to feel more confident, empowered, and lift as heavy as you can. I encourage everyone to buy a cute pair of leggings and get moving, whether it be in the gym or walking outside, exercise for your physical and mental health.
