You’ve worked so hard these past few years preparing for one special moment. The moment that you could walk into to the doors of your dream job and and prove to them that you’re exactly who they need on their team. So when you do fianlly land an interview with this company the first thing you’ll probably do is run to prepare how you’re going to answer all the classic interview questions about your past experince and what you think you can bring to the comapny. But something most people don’t realize is that the questions you ask the inreviewer are what could potentially help you stand out against the other hundreds of people fighting for the same position. Here of some of the things you should ask during an interview.
1. What have you enjoyed most about working here?
This allows for you and the interviewer to connect thought their own personal feellings and emotions. It also allows you to see how satisfied they are with their job and how potentially satisfied you could be.
2. What are some challenges you’d have to face in this position?
Because there definitely are some and you owe it to yourself to know what you’re getting yourself into.
3. Do you have an hesitations about my qualifications?
This one’s good because it shows that you’re confident in your skills and abilities but also that you can accept criticism.
4. Who previously held this position?
This questions gives you some insight about what happened to the previous posion holder. If they were promoted or fired or maybe if they quit or retired. This can show you what kind of environemnt you’d be working it. If the positon offered alot of room to advance or if it is a position you could see yourself being stagnant in for years.
5. What is the next step in the process?
An essecial last question. It shows that you’re interested in moving on and opens the intreviewer up to telling you how many other people have applied for the position.
