I don’t know about you but this semester has truly been proven to be a rough and stressful one. Balancing academics, employment, extracurriculars and a social life is challenging enough to make any student stressed. From the looming pressures of preparing for finals to completing essays and regular assignments to preparing for holiday travels it was all even more daunting.

Although this semester was deemed a struggle for most, we can all now proudly say that we made it. So, forget about all the stress, worries and sleepless nights and focus on reviving yourself this upcoming holiday break. Here are just a few ways to get into the groove of reviving yourself this season.

1. Face Masks

Face masks are the perfect way in starting to pamper yourself this season. There is literally a mask for everyone in that there is a mask dedicated for any skin type. In addition to that It’s an easy way in keeping your skin looking good all while relaxing. To top it off, it is a great way to get rid of all the dirt and oils that have built up in your pores from finals week.

2. Bath Bombs

Scrub-a-dub-dub! Soak in the tub! Stop by stores such as Lush, Ulta or Target to get in on the bath bomb action. To have the ultimate mini at home spa day pair the face mask with the bath bomb. While the face mask is setting, take a relaxing therapeutic bath with a jingle bells bath bomb. During this time you can just close your eyes forget about the outside world and meditate.

3. Holiday Movies

Now that you’re all cleaned up, grab some gingerbread cookies, take a seat and turn on the tv and watch your favorite holiday movie.
