You can write about whatever you choose, whether it’s more based on feelings or facts and whether or not you include certain aspects. It’s a great way to let loose at the end of your day by writing it down and getting all of your feelings down on paper.
If you’re feeling unsure about journaling and you don’t know where to start, purchase a fill-in journal. These journals can be found anywhere that carries regular journals or notebooks. Fill-in journals can be different across the board. Some have the same prompts per page while others keep changing. Despite the prompts, they can be a super helpful way to sort through your thoughts.
