     Classes, jobs, extracurriculars, maintaining a social life; can all be really stressful! Sometimes we need to take a step back and de-stress and these are my tips.

 

  1. Set priorities or make a checklist

  2. Pet a friendly dog/cat

  3. Prepare for the morning the night before

   4. Get up earlier (even if it is just fifteen minutes)

   5. Wear comfy clothes or an outfit you feel confident in

   6. Have a spa night

   7. Exercise

   8. Take a nap

   9. Take a nature walk

   10. Take a short break from studying and do something that makes you happy

   11. Watch funny videos

   12. Make art

   13. Surround yourself with positive people

   14. Use time wisely

   15. Make copies of important papers

   16. Believe in yourself

   17. Take a break from your phone or computer

   18. Watch a sunset/sunrise

   19. Listen to your favorite music

   20. Organize/clean

   21. Call/Facetime a friend

   22. Go for a bike ride

   23. Journal

   24. Don’t be afraid to ask for help

   25. Meditate

     Relax and take each day at a time. You have the rest of your life to live! :)
