If you’re anything like me, trips to the basement of Farinon are a weekly (if not daily) thing. Emails from the post office clog up your inbox, and the woman behind the counter may even remember your name. If you’re anything like me, then you have the bank account of a broke college student, but the shopping habits of Carrie Bradshaw.

Well, fear no more, I am here to help. Regardless of whether you are as shopping-obsessed as I am, buying new clothes on a college student budget can be incredibly challenging. Fortunately for you, I’ve spent a fair amount of time scouring the internet to find the best deals and hacks out there. Since the thought of spending $100 on vintage denim makes my bank account cringe, this week I set out to find jeans that fit today’s style, as well as budget.

I don’t know how I ended up there, but one morning, after a long night of online shopping, I woke up to find an order confirmation email from Etsy in my inbox. If you aren’t familiar with Etsy, it is an online marketplace that sells a variety of items from private sellers all around the world. In addition to coffee mugs and jewelry, the website is also home to numerous vintage shops, that gather clothing from all over the place and resell it. Many of these sell vintage Levi’s for a fraction of the cost, some starting at only $25. This means you can now fulfill all of your vintage jean needs while keeping both your closet and your bank account happy.

Below are a few of the Etsy shops that sell vintage clothing to make your search a little easier. Make sure to pay attention to the sizing in the description box, and watch the store, as new posts and purchases are uploaded often!

I love this shop! I ordered from here a couple of weeks ago and received my shipment incredibly quickly. The owner is super accommodating and easy to contact if there are any complications with your order.

2. VintagePopandVice

This shop has tons of variety! It’s great for different brands and washes of denim if you are looking for an assortment.

3. BlackMagika

This shop is great for the more “grungy” style look. In addition to denim, it has awesome vintage band tees as well!

Don’t worry, if none of these shops fit your style, you can go ahead and browse one of Etsy’s hundreds of other vintage sellers! I hope my suggestions were helpful and happy shopping ladies!!!
