A Healthier Journey: Week One

This is it; I'm finally starting the "Health Kick" everyone has been talking about. I'm going to be more self-cautious of what I eat when I eat it, and how much of it I'm eating. I've always been the type to eat anything, at whatever time and not even think twice. But when I sat down and thought to myself, what about when your 40 or 60 years old and your grandkids want to play? Or do you want to look like Oprah when your 65?
 

To kick off this beautiful journey, I've started making fruit smoothies! Just a little something to start slow! So far, I've made Berry Blast with strawberries, raspberries, almond milk, and honey and a Tropical Vibes smoothie with mango, pineapple, coconut water, and almond milk! I've been making them in the morning and taking them to work with me, and once finished I replace it with water! I've done this for the past week, and I seem to be keeping it up so far. I have cut out Chick-Fil-A (IT'S SO HARD TBH), Zaxby's, Wendy's, and Popeyes!

I'm going into week two, so let's see how this goes!
