How to Jingle Right: A Local’s Guide to Merry Christmas

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at KCL chapter.

London is not in its best form during winter. With the cold and the rain, it’s not so cozy but completely freezing. Though it  has one saving grace when it comes to attracting people during winters: Christmas! I spent my last Christmas walking all over the city with my friend from out of town who was equally clueless. Two cups of mulled wine and three mugs of hot cocoa later, we were ready to repeat that throughout the christmas break. London is so decked up during Christmas, it’s dazzling in its beauty and has something to offer for everyone. This year I come prepared to do Christmas right.

Christmas Markets

Now of course you cannot do Christmas without hitting up a few Christmas markets and walking around with a pretzel and mulled wine.

Some of the markets gearing up to open season are listed below.
