Healthy and Delicious Parmesan Zucchini

A very common New Year’s Resolution is to eat healthier, and this week’s recipe will help you do just that.  This quick and easy Parmesan Zucchini is healthy, without the taste that people often associate with vegetables.

All you need is the cooking oil of your choice, a zucchini, and some grated parmesan cheese.

Instructions:

Heat up 2-3 tablespoons of your cooking oil in a large frying pan

Slice up the Zucchini into quarter-inch rounds, and when the pan is hot, place the rounds in the frying pan

Flip them after 3 minutes, then sprinkle parmesan

Keep on frying pan until parmesan is warm and slightly melted

Allow to cool, and enjoy!
