It’s that time of year when you can’t decide if you need to cry, eat chocolate, sleep or do all three. While finals can be stressful AND I know you’ve heard this a million times, but it’s really important to take care of yourself. No test or project is worth your health and well being. And honestly, if your mental health is poor odds are you won’t perform well on your tests or projects. So, while I’m not the first person to tell you this, make sure to take some time for yourself doing any of the following tasks or something you come up with on your own.
1. Face mask
2. Wine and movie night
3. Reading a good book
4. Bubble bath
5. Call your grandma so she can tell you how great you’re doing
