How to Stay Hydrated:
  • Drink lots of water!
  • Limit drinks such as coffee, tea, and soda to avoid dehydration!
  • Drinking water flushes toxins out of your body!
  • Do you have acne? Hydration can improve skin health!!!
  • Staying hydrated will also protect you from heat stroke!

 

 

Wear Sunscreen!

Sunscreen prevents/ lowers risk of:
  • Sun poisoning
  • Skin cancer
  • Sunburn
  • Premature aging of skin

 

 

Participate in Outdoor Activities!

Examples:
  • Hiking
  • Swimming
  • Biking
  • Fishing

 

Eat healthy!

 

How Can You Do This?
  • Eat healthy snacks such as fruit!
  • Lower your sugar intake!
  • Drink ice water to burn more calories!
