Adding Motivation to Your Insta Feed                                    

Due to the prevalence of obesity and diabetes, Americans have been actively working to take care of their bodies by maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Consistently eating clean and hitting the gym daily can be a hard routine to get used to, which is why I recommend looking to social media for some inspiration. Before I continue, I don’t want you getting the wrong impression – I don’t advise obsessing and comparing your body to other women. It irks me when girls fat shame their own bodies; God made everyone beautiful different shapes and sizes for a reason. But, if you are looking for that extra drive to not only get yourself to the gym, but to also challenge your body to feel the burn, I’ve listed a few fitness gurus that will whip you into shape!

1. Tammy Hembrow

At the young age of 23, Tammy has already created her own fitness program (specifically targeting the booty ;) and owns her own brand of workout apparel. Her popularity grew when she documented her body through pregnancy and the months following, encouraging other mothers to get the body they deserve after giving birth. I don’t want to point out favorites, but Tammy has blown me away with her dedication to her family, her health, and her killer outfits. She really does slay the Instagram game. Fair warning: she does not include her workouts on her Instagram page, you have to buy her booty program (after seeing hers though, you may consider making that purchase!).

2.  Sommer Ray

An even younger hot commodity is this fit 21-year-old who has acquired an impressive 17 million followers on Instagram. Sommer is another one of my favorites because she endorses putting in incredible work at the gym for a beautiful all-natural body. She has got one hell of a badonk-a-donk simply from pumping hard at the gym and nothing more. I enjoy her Instagram feed because it contains a variety of workouts (weight machines, boxing, lifting, swimming, etc.).

3.  Maryana Dvorska

I am extremely proud of my good friend, Maryana, who I’ve known growing up through junior high and high school. She has now moved to LA with her boyfriend and they are both thriving! She now has over 235,000 Instagram followers and gained her popularity through documenting her workouts, meal prep, and day-to-day life. She’s also a brand ambassador for Gymshark – high quality workout apparel that’s half the price of Lululemon! I am very pleased with my first order, and I love seeing Maryana pop up on my Insta feed with all the adorable new Gymshark pieces.

4.   Whitney Simmons

Whitney is probably the best fitness blogger to follow if you’re looking for new workouts to try at the gym (or at home). Her entire Instagram feed is filled with new moves to try at the gym, which is extremely helpful if you’re looking to challenge your body and really make a difference. She is a Gymshark athlete as well, so I particularly love to see the different colors and styles of leggings she posts in.
