1. Ride The Rail
Ride the Rail has been a UIUC tradition for years and there is no better time to jump in on the tradition than senior year! Take your last year to drink as much cheap beer as you possibly can to achieve the second best thing next to your diploma…a shirt saying that you completed Ride the Rail at Legends.
2. Go to as Many Sporting Events as Possible
We all know that UIUC may not be the best at sports…but it’s still fun to go and cheer on our teams! Take this year to go out to as many sporting events you can to cheer on your favorite teams. We can all have a great time sporting some blue and orange.
3. Complete the Fat Sandwich “Big Fat Ugly Challenge”
Fat Sandwich is known for their crazy combinations of food on their sandwiches. You can get anything from mozzarella sticks to a Cheeseburger on your sandwich. The “Big Fat Ugly Challenge” has almost every topping imaginable on one sandwich and the contestant has 15 minutes to complete the challenge. Completing this challenge would be the perfect thing to check off of your bucket list for senior year because not only are you completing the challenge, but you are also getting to eat some of the most insane campus foods before graduation!
4. Do a “Shot Ski” at Brothers
If you ever pass Brothers on a Thursday night, you know that the line can get pretty long. This is most likely because Brothers offers a shot ski drink. This drink, for those of you that don’t know, is about 3-4 shots on a ski and 3-4 people take the shot together off of the ski at the same time. It’s a fun drink to take, plus it’s a great photo op! So get a few friends together and check the Shot Ski off of your bucket list.
5. Go to every bar on campus
UIUC is known for having a large bar scene. But, most students usually go to the same few bars over their 4 years as a student. Before you graduate check each bar off of your bucket list!
